About Us
For us, care has always been personal.
We just decided to share it.
Maylen grew up in Cucuta, one of the hottest cities in Colombia, in a house full of plants. When you live in that kind of heat, you learn early what cools you down and what calms your skin. Cold showers. Cucumber straight from the garden. Eucalyptus steam in the bathroom. These weren't beauty rituals, they were how her family got through the day.
As a professional cosmetologist and model, Maylen spent years on both sides of the beauty industry, behind the chair and in front of the camera. She knew what worked on real skin and real hair, and she knew what the industry was getting wrong. The products Latin women were being sold had nothing to do with how they actually lived.
After moving to Medellín and meeting her partner, she decided to stop waiting for someone else to fix it.

Calming. Cooling. Clean.
Our products are formulated around the same ingredients that have lived in Latin households for generations, cucumber and eucalyptus, reformulated with modern clean standards. Vegan. Sulfate-free. Cruelty-free.
We didn’t invent anything new. We honored what already existed.
Created by Latinas. For anyone who believes real care starts with real ingredients.
At Pueblo Remedy, Latina women aren’t the inspiration, they’re the ones building it. Maylen works with a team of women who understand these traditions from the inside. That’s not a marketing angle. It’s just how the brand works.
When you choose Pueblo Remedy, you’re not choosing a brand “inspired by” Latin culture. You’re choosing the real thing, made by the women who grew up in it.
You’re here because someone you trust mentioned us.
That’s how it works. A cousin, an aunt, the friend who always has perfect skin. Care gets passed along, from one generation to the next, from friends to friends.
If no one sent you here, welcome. This is your space too.
Your grandmother knew it. Your mother too.
Now it’s in your bathroom.
