Yes. Our formulas are free from sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and dyes. All products are cruelty-free and vegan.
Our cucumber & eucalyptus profile is intentionally balanced to feel fresh without overwhelming the senses. It is designed for everyday use and layering.
Our hair care line is formulated for straight, wavy, and curly hair types (1C–3C). Please review product descriptions for specific compatibility guidance.
Our lotion contains a rich emollient base for longer-lasting hydration. For best absorption, apply to slightly damp skin after showering.
In warmer climates, natural vegetable-based soaps may soften slightly during transit. This does not affect performance. Store in a cool, dry place before use.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the following business day. We currently ship within the United States only.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. Because our products are personal care items, opened or used items cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged. Email info@puebloremedy.com with your order number to begin a return.
