📦 Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment partner, Witz Automated Fulfillment, within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow additional processing time during holidays or promotional launches.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer real-time UPS® shipping rates at checkout. Your shipping cost is calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Available services include:

  • Basic Shipping (UPS® Ground) – 3 to 5 business days
  • Express Shipping (UPS® 2nd Day Air) – 2 business days
  • Priority Shipping (UPS® Next Day Air) – Next business day

🎁 Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders

We offer free Basic Shipping on all U.S. orders. This offer is automatically applied at checkout, no promo code needed.


💵 Handling Fee

All orders include a flat $3.00 handling fee to cover packaging materials, fulfillment labor, and label application. This fee helps us ensure safe, consistent delivery while maintaining clean operations.


📍 Delivery Area

At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not currently ship internationally.


📬 Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at orders@puebloremedy.com
Our team will work directly with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues promptly.
