  You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  Eligibility:
  - Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  - Receipt or proof of purchase required                    
  - Final sale and free promotional items are not returnable

  How to start a return:                                                                                                                                                            
  1. Email orders@puebloremedy.com with your order number and reason
  2. We'll reply with return authorization and instructions                                                                                                                         
  3. Ship to: Pueblo Remedy , 45 Leone Lane, Chester, NY 10918

  Items sent back without return authorization will not be accepted.                                                                                                                
                     
  REFUNDS                                                                                                                                                                           

  Once we receive and inspect your return:
  - We'll notify you whether your refund is approved
  - Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

  EXCHANGES
